The Miami County Sheriff's Office participate in the DEA's National Prescription Drug Take-Back on April 27, 2019.

Deputies from the Sheriff's Office will be on duty at the Miami County Sanitary Engineering Building, 2200 N. County Road 25A in Troy, from 10 am to 2 pm on Saturday, April 27, to collect unwanted prescription medication. Residents are encouraged to bring in prescription pills (no liquids, please), for no-questions-asked destruction.

Residents may also drop off unneeded medication at any time at the lobby of the Miami County Sheriff’s Department, 201 W. Main Street in Troy, or the Miami County Incarceration Facility,  2042 N.
