Governance and Management Plan:
The Miami County Sanitary Engineering Department operates the Solid Waste District and Transfer Station in accordance with Ohio EPA guidelines.

The Miami County Solid Waste District operates with the guidance of the Ohio EPA and the Miami County Solid Waste Management Policy Committee, and is currently implementing its 2022-2036 Solid Waste Management Plan.

The Miami County Solid Waste District has completed a draft version for the new Solid Waste Management Plan Update for reference years 2022-2036 in accordance with Ohio EPA guidelines. A draft plan is available for review here.
